YOUR VISIT

It is recommended that you arrive on time (no more than 5 minutes early) for your reserved appointment. We will greet you and your child(ren) and allow a moment for your precious child to become comfortable with our environment and the haircut process. Our professional staff is experienced in haircutting for wiggly children, and those with special needs. Not only are we here to refresh grown-out hairstyles, and create new ones, but we are also happy to provide cleansing and/or detangling services, offer free advice and special maintenance products for dealing with various hair types, and scalp conditions. We kindly request that any guests with lice, respectfully visit us for their haircut after they have been effectively treated. For those who require extra time, please mention it at the time of booking. For some children, it is recommended to bring a change of clothing, and favourite toys, tablets and snacks/ treats.

CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS & SENSORY DIFFERENCES

The haircut experience is different for every kid. We aim to make every haircut a great experience and our stylists are ready to work with you and your child....we do this every day, so nothing is new for us.

Here is are a few tips to prepare for the haircut:

-make haircuts a routine (approx every 5-6 weeks)

-talk to your child about the experience. Show then pictures and videos and explain what is going to happen, to help them establish a routine.

-contact us to schedule a time to drop by the salon to simply to visit, to let your child become familiar with the surrounding and stylists!

-bring along a comfort item, such as a favourite (fidget) toys, tablets, stuffed animal, snack etc. This may help to distract and comfort them during the visit, as we strive keep your child safe while our stylist creates a quality haircut :)
